Board Election Results

I am very pleased to announce that your votes have been counted, and that we will be welcoming Carmen Alvarez to the Board as of May 1. Many thanks to Erica Cross for throwing her hat in the ring; we appreciate her willingness to step up, and look forward to working with her in other capacities.

As of May 1, the Board will consist of Ann Bagnell, President; Alan Bush, Vice President; Tarn Rosenbaum, Treasurer; Kim Vanderbilt, Secretary; three board members at large, Carmen Alvarez, Tina Cordes and Tom Nortley; and two non-voting members, Frank Leatherbury, the Membership Secretary, and Karen Luckey, SCOA’s AKC Delegate.

We are sorry to lose Jay Joens, who is leaving the Board. His contribution to our activities has been invaluable, and we are sorry to see him go. He will continue to work on the club’s Strategic Planning Committee, where he will be much appreciated.
